Bug Description

In the keyboard shortcuts option in "System - Preferences", I can't assign "log out" to the Windows key on my keyboard (Super L). That is, I can assign it allright, but it has no effect. When I press that key afterwards, it has no effect.

Confirmed - kinda. The problem is that when pressing the windows key, "super-L" is assigned no matter what. This despite any attempts to press Win+L, Win+Q, or any other combinations. The instant you press the windows key, "Super L" is assigned.

VERY annoying... :)

You have to change the Super-L setting in your keyboard preferences.

Alt/Win key behavior: Super is mapped to the Win-keys.

But nevertheless, there is a bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/+bug/40866
