Actionbar without icon and wrong font on Android 2.3 in CompareNotes Activity

The same bug as for the Preferences Activity ​
(#1038635) in CompareNotes Activity.

Tomdroid is written there in a small font without an Tomdroid icon.
The icon should be there, but probably not clickable.

Further, on my device (Android 2.3), there is a big blank area above the buttons and the buttons size is different in height and width. maybe a linear layout with some fixed values or something is needed there.

Also the view is scrolled down to the first textview which is editable, because the cursor is set there. So, you don't see the differences at first.
It might be also good, if the buttons are not in the scrollable area, but always appear on the bottom in one row. Maybe, this also solves the afore mentioned problem.

However, I very much like the idea of such a dialog for conflict resolving, it just needs some little tweaks!

First part, just forgot to add the actionbar compat, should work now. The rest, I'll look at the layout and see what I can do.

Oh, you know what that space is, it's the message telling you what's wrong :) the text color is white, that's the problem.
