Snapping of elipse circle segment handles

Hi. A feature request:

As I sometimes uses Inkscape as cad replacement I have discovered that the handles to adjust the angle on a circle segment doesn't snap to anything.

The only times the handles is not capable of snapping is when they are altered by node tool or elipse tool. The handles should also be capable of snapping when edited by user.
It seesms for me that this is currently the only type of handle that is not capable to snap to other objects.

This request is therefore to make those handles capable to snap as well as all the other object handles.

Old bug report is old. Therefore I missed it earlier and created a duplicate:

Sad to see this one has gone without progress for 6 years. (Not blaming anyone, that's just the nature of these kinds of projects)
