adjustable font in playlist breaks things

Icon-based columns aren't properly resized, and there are ellipses sometimes in the track field. Something isn't being calculated correctly.

The ellipses are fixed in r4183. I'll need to think about the icon problem, however.

Do you think you can find a good solution until RC? Otherwise we should consider removing this again, at least for the next release. We could put it back into trunk.

The ellipses no longer occur and it doesn't throw an exception when an icon-based column is present. With those fixes, most people will not run into problems with this, and so even without the icon fixes I would argue it should stay in.

However, I've got a good idea on how to fix this. It floated to the bottom of my priority list. I have some time maybe Wednesday or Thursday night to look at it. Otherwise this weekend, for sure.

The rating column is fixed in r4238, with adjustments in r4239. The last.fm loved column is fixed in r4241.
