Bug Description

To improve the performance of switch port detection on Cisco devices, NAV 3.11.5 began looking at CISCO-VTP-MIB instead of using community indexing for each VLAN. The trunking status of each switch port could be obtained from vlanTrunkPortDynamicStatus without community indexing. But run against a wider selection of Cisco switches and IOS versions, it seems some Cisco devices will only list trunking ports in this object, resulting in only trunk ports being listed as switch ports.

This change should be backed out pending a better implementation.
