Bug Description

Steps:
1. Open 2 windows of the same application (e.g. gnome-terminal). Call them Window A and B. Window B has the focus to start.
2. Push down the Alt key
3. Press and immediately release the ` key (the key below Esc)
4. Release the Alt key

Expected behavior:
- Window A gains the focus.

Actual behavior:
- If the delay between steps 3 and 4 is "small", window A gains the focus.
- If the delay between steps 3 and 4 is *slightly* longer, window B keeps the focus.

I like many things about Unity, but this is *maddening*.

It sounds like your description matches bug 1035668. It's certainly pretty close, anyway. Thanks.
