"Open Recent" opens incorrect file if used more than once in a session

Bug Description
Using Inkscape's File>Open Recent:
Actual behaviour:
- After loading a fresh Inkscape instance, if you try to open a file by File -> Open Recent, the top file in the list opens no matter which file you click on.
Expected behaviour:
- The filename clicked upon gets opened instead of just the first one in the Open Recent list.
Environment:
- Inkscape 0.48.3.1 r9886
- Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Unity desktop)
