Bug Description

The notificaiton icon on the bar showed up after the reboot from the last update I did. I provides a suggested next action, but that did nothing.

Running Update Manger fails with a 'Could not calculate the upgrade' pop up. The directions are to report the but with the error message that is the Summary.

Could you please open a terminal and run the command:
$ sudo apt-get -o Debug::pkgProblemResolver=true dist-upgrade

and attach the output to this bug report.
