The quick add bar search behavior depends on the tag bar visibility

I think the behavior of the QAB as a search bar is unclear. I think it's not a good solution to have the QAB acting as an instant filter when the tag sidebar is not active, and an asynchronous search entry when it is. In the future, I would heartily recommend to stick to instant search, and provide a simple way to save the current search as a smart tag.
