Bug Description
dip/group user does not exist on my system so I wonder why it has rights to this
directory in /etc
and what does the --s permission do? I never seen it anywhere.
running hoary btw

The permissions are correct, and the dip group does exist on your system
(otherwise it would not be shown in the ls output)
