Bug Description
Availability: Currently in universe
Rationale: Dependency for cliff-tablib
Security: No security history.
Quality Assurance: Package works out of the box with no prompting. There is no major bugs in Ubuntu and the is no major bugs in Debian.
Standards Compliance: FHS and Debian Policy compliant.
Maintenance: Simple python package that the Ubuntu Server Team will take care of.
Dependencies: All are in main
Package currently doesnt have a testsuite.

* Should have normal Ubuntu Developers Maintainer line
* Seems like the code supports Python 3, would be nice if it were packaged that way too
* Server team is already subscribed, great!
* Priority should be extra
* Packaging seems fine
I'm going to hand off to the security team for a review, since this seems to have format parsers in addition to writers.
