sbsign does not support timestamp servers

Bug Description

As described at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/bb931395%28v=vs.85%29.aspx , authenticode signatures can contain a timestamp, provided by a trusted "timestamp server". These are provided as unauthenticated attributes in the PKCS#7 signedData structure.

sbsign does not provide any facility to add these timestamps.
