Bug Description

The Wallpaper Clock specification says that the clock.ini file should contain, among other values, refreshhourinterval, hourimages, and ampmenabled, which together help determine which hour image should be used at any moment.

refreshhourinterval: minutes between changing hour image
hourimages: total amount of images (after the last one is picked, start again)
ampmenabled: if the clock supports AM/PM

I've thought a solution and made a new branch. What do you think about it?
