Bug Description

I can confirm the problem described by someone else here:

http://askubuntu.com/questions/173732/firefox-keeps-crashing-repeatedly

Note the possibly relevant log message on that page. Firefox crashes on startup if both the globalmenu add-on and firebug are both installed. Removing one or the other fixes the problem. I suggest this is a problem with the globalmenu extension rather than firebug, because firebug used to work fine in Firefox 13.

I can also confirm this is a bug. Installed firebug 1.10.2 and after a couple of seconds, firefox crashed asking me to submit a crash report. Upon restart, problem continues.

Now that I've found this post, I tried disabling global menu bar plugin and no more crashing.

I've just upgraded to firefox 15 and global menu bar 3.4 and can confirm everything works now (i.e. can have both firebug and global menu bar enabled as add-ons).
