Bug Description

raccoon(a tool for in silico drug/pharma screening) has troble with the fonts xml files in /etc/fonts/conf.d/

It is the <test> tag in this files which causes the trouble. As far as I can see this tags operates for localisation purposes.

raccoon started from terminal shows:

~$ raccoon

Steps to reproduce:

1.Starting software-center
2.Search for raccoon(beware of the type racoon -> this is a different program)
3.Install raccoon
4.install the extension autodock-vina from the same software-center page (of raccoon).
5.After installation open up a terminal and start the program with "raccoon" and ENTER
6.See the terminal output (see above).
7.No obvious font errors are observable on a quick glance on raccoon.

Additional:

This is not limited to raccoon and can be produced also with clamtk(antivirus). See for this comment #3

I have added fontconfig for just getting an opinion on this. I see the problem more to raccoon then to fontconfig. When you see this the same, please substact fontconfig here or set it in this project to invalid.

I can also produce this problem with a run of

gksu clamtk

which gives for example:

~$ gksu clamtk
Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/65-droid-sans-fonts.conf", line 103: Having multiple values in <test> isn't supported and may not works as expected
