Bug Description

3) What is expected to happen via a terminal:

cd ~/Desktop && wget -c https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1035591/+attachment/3256707/+files/pptxLayout-Bug%28reference%29.odp -O example.odp && loimpress --nologo example.odp

Save As pptx is the resultant pptx looks as it did when an odp.

4) What happens instead is:
+ the text color changes from white to black
+ font changes from Albany to Arial
+ font size changes from 44/32 to 18

This is a significant bug in Ubuntu. If you need a fix for the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please perform as much as possible of the SRU Procedure [1] to bring the need to a developer's attention.
