buckets claim errors seen in the version that fixes them

https://errors.ubuntu.com/bucket/?id=/usr/sbin/aptd:UnicodeDecodeError:fail:_emit_acquire_item claims that this crash is found in version 0.43+bzr805-0ubuntu4 of aptdaemon. This is almost certainly not possible, as version 0.43+bzr805-0ubuntu4 was uploaded expressly to fix this bug. So I think there's some misattribution happening here.

However, on the off chance that this bug *is* still present in -0ubuntu4, then we really need a way to find out exactly which of the reported crashes were with this version, for some further analysis of why the bug is still occurring.

This may be users who never picked up the change Martin made to apport to not report crashes when the running binary does not match the installed binary (upgraded underneath), or it's possible that change is preventing crashes from going to Launchpad but not whoopsie.
