Daemon launcher should provide an option to run the daemon in foreground

Bug Description
When we used to start the daemon with twistd command, we were able to run it in foreground - so that it does not daemonize, the control flow does not return to shell, and all logging is directed to stdout. This was very useful for debugging and testing. It would be great if the new daemon was able to start the daemon in this mode.
