Bug Description
Otherwise it will cause replication to fail if row format is in use and targeted row not exists on slave (i.e. having memory engine for heartbeat tbl and restarted the slave)
Of course, this can be worked around with --set-vars, but it would be nice to have it done automatically when appropriate
experienced on pt-heartbeat 2.1.2
