Bug Description
When running run_utah_tests.py from the development branch (lp:utah/dev rev. 616) it silently fails without reporting any problem.
The log line printed to the terminal is just:
INFO: Installing client deb on machine
and the return code is 0.

The problem was that uncaught exceptions were ignored because sys.exit/return calls inside finally. Updated the bug title accordingly.
