Bug Description
1. bin/mailman info -v should tell about whether devmode is on.
2. there ought to be a bin/mailman info -v -v which lists *all* configurable options, their values, and their defaults if different from configured values. ("defaults" includes everything in hardwired fallbacks as well as in .cfgs distributed with mailman).
3. for bonus points, do something sane with all the suites of options under bin/mailman info -v -v.

#1, yep devmode would be helpful. added, though i like it in the non-verbose output.
#2, #3 see LP: #518517 any interest in taking a crack at that?
