Bug Description

Pyquiz makes quiz answers available as html, so an answer to the question: What will type('happy') evaluate to? is invisible.

What was the reason to drop restructuredtext formatting for questions/answers? (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1023679)

Also, students don't see the HTML editor when answering open questions.

We dropped the HTML editor, so marking this one as invalid now.
