Dell st220t (1fd2:0064) Touch

1) Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
2) linux 3.2.0.27.29
3) Mouse cursor should follow finger touch & i should be able to clic.
4) If i touch the screen with my finger, the cursor is on the right down corner, & i cannot clic (with finger, but with mouse too);

i can only switch to tty1 & sudo service lightdm restart or so ( i don't know other way).

Perhaps i made a mistake posting this bug for ubuntu-lowlatency, because it happens also with linux-generic.
Please let me know in this case.
