Bug Description

Tried to get a grip of overlay scrollbar, crashed.

1) $ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu quantal (development branch)
Release: 12.10

2) $ apt-cache policy ghex

might be caused by some outdated packages which were installed on your system
at the time of the report:
