[mintInstall] wrong progress indication in 7.3.9

After upgrading mintinstall from default 7.3.5 to 7.3.9 get wrong indication of installation progress.
Progress-bar shows something like this - 0%-15%-16%-100%-end or 0%-16%-end.
In ver 7.3.5 it's ok

I see the same thing. It says 1 ongoing actions and the progress bar immediately jumps to 16% and stays there until the application is installed. Then the progress bar goes blank and it says 0 ongoing actions.

I have exactly the same problem.

A temporal solution until someone solve this bug is to open the system monitor. Then you can see when the application is being downloading and straight afterwards the use of the cpu will be increase when the application was been installed.
