Bug Description
This usually works for me, but with some very specific combinations of paths using "Extensions->Modify Path->Color markers to match stroke" crashes Inkscape (Inkscape 0.48.3.1 r9886, installed via Debian testing/wheezy) with a segmentation fault.
I'm attaching an example of such an SVG file, reduced to a bare minimum I found to reproduce this behavior. To induce a crash, select any of the two-colored arrows (red line, black marker), and do "Extensions->Modify Path->Color markers to match stroke".
