Binary package hint: kdelibs

Some important menu translations (File, Edit ...) in KDE are broken and not showing. This behaviour has been discovered in the most recent daily langpack after upgrading on April 05 2007 .

This issue has been found in Czech, German and Estonian language packs, so it seems to be independent of the particular language pack.

This is caused by the kdelibs.pot files in rosetta not containing the common_text.cpp strings from kde.pot. I can't work out why this is, building locally it includes those strings and the build lots indicate that kde.pot is merged into kdelibs.pot in the most recent feisty build.

I just uploaded a fixed version that Jonathan sent to me. It should appear soon in Rosetta. Any previous translation will appear again.

On Sunday, daily packages should get this fix.
