Bug Description
A long planned feature is the ability to "pin" a file on a specific hard drive so that Dmedia wont automatically reclaim it, no matter how old its atime is.
The use case is strait forward, for example: I want my demo real to always be on this laptops internal HDD, regardless how long it's been since I've played it.
So we need to update the file/reclaimable view so it ignores pinned files, and to add the "pinned" property to the formal schema tests.
I'm also doing a small about of related schema cleanup as we get ready for a Request For Comment period on the core Dmedia schema.
