Screenshot A is how the bar displays now.
Screenshot B is how this bug proposes it be displayed instead.

What we have now makes more sense to be honest.
When you have the trash open, its infobar only affects the files, so it makes sense to have it like your screenshot. But here this affects the whole app so to me it would make more sense as screenshot A.
