Bug Description
Gnome-Shell doesn't seem to display a box or text for notifications anymore. But if the program uses an icon, than the icon will show up where the notification is supposed to be for a few seconds, but there will be no text or backdrop. Just a floating icon.

On my computer this happens when I change the gnome-shell theme.
If you disable the "user themes" extension - does the problem still exist?
