Last half page missing when printing on Canon IP4200

When I print on Canon IP4200, the last half page is missing. Only the last page is affected, all other pages are fine.
Blacklisting usblp,
lpadmin -p Canon-iP4200 -o usb-unidir-default=true
and
lpadmin -p Canon-iP4200 -o usb-no-reattach-default=true
don't help.

The cups error log only says:
