Bug Description
I tried to purchase a software via Ubuntu software-center.
After log in with my Ubuntu user/password which has some purchases already (Humble bundle pack) the software-center gives a blank window instead of payment services.
Next, pressing refresh the following error message coming up: "OpenID authentication failed: Nonce already used or out of range".
Earlier bought applications (Humble bundle) and cost free ones can be re installed.

I am having the same issue while trying to log into the pay.ubuntu.com site to buy additional Ubuntu One storage space. It occurs whenever I attempt to log in to pay.ubuntu.com, weather directly or being transferred from one.ubuntu.com.
