Bug Description

When using the CJB version I've had trouble rendering some passages that contain hebrew characters, eg. the first character of Exodus 20:2 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Exodus+20&version=CJB

I currently get a "?" rendered.

The problem is that the database table is being created in latin8 charset instead of utf8
This can be fixed by changing the initial table create to use "DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8" and then re-importing the sql bible
