quantum cli list produces error if -c is specified and no results exist

I ran this an it looks ok:

                           [--request-format {json,xml}] [-D] [-F FIELDS]

quantum router-list: error: argument -c/--column: expected one argument

Is this still a problem?

I think I had fixed it, why is this not updated.?

I think the update didn't happen because this was filed under the quantum project, not the python-quantumclient project.

lately, i've tried to file all such bugs under python-quantumclient, but then add the 'quantum' project as an 'also affects project', so that it shows up in our main list.
