gdk-pixbuf does not depend on shared-mime-info

Bug Description

Without this package, you cannot load any format of image. (Obviously this is more a problem on server-type machines w/o X, since the shared-mime-info package is used by many other desktop packages).

Just spent 4+ hours debugging a Python package down the line failing with "Unrecognized image file format", tracing it down to gdk-pixbuf.
