fglrx-updates (not installed): fglrx-updates kernel module failed to build

This bug is produced trying to downgrade fglrx packages from quantal to precise.

I did:
cd fglrx/
wget https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer-updates/2:8.960-0ubuntu1/+build/3312503/+files/fglrx-updates_8.960-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
wget https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer-updates/2:8.960-0ubuntu1/+build/3312503/+files/fglrx-amdcccle-updates_8.960-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
wget https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer-updates/2:8.960-0ubuntu1/+build/3312503/+files/fglrx-updates-dev_8.960-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i *.deb

Then I restart and I get this error.
