requesting the 'print preview' for a calendar (empty, since account freshly created) month sheet in evolution caused this segfault

   * debian/patches/04_autoreconf.patch:
     - updated

     - dropped, fixed with the new version

yes, printing works better---no segfaults so far :-)

but is it only me, or did evolution/gnomeprint lose the ability to print landscape calendar views? it did work in edgy and dapper, but with feisty I don't see the orientation option anymore anywhere in the print dialog... :-/
