kdesu kfmclient cannot start kate in context su

Bug Description
Generate program link on desktop.
Specify command
kdesu kfmclient openProfile filemanagement
Name it f.i. konqueror (su)
Start Konqueror (password will be required)
With Konqueror change into /etc
Select for example hosts
Right click with mouse opens context menu
Select in context menu open with -> kate
This results in Konqueror - Error: KDEinit cannot start "kate"
Workaround and boring:
Generate an additional program link on desktop
specify as cmd: kdesu kate
Start it (password will be required, too)
After Kate runs, user may drag and drop files from kdesu konqueror to kdesu kate.
Solution1: Remove entry open with in konqueror while running in context su
Solution2: Fix the problem.
