Bug Description
In a perfect world, MoM would never go down, but in reality we sometimes see it not run for periods of time. It would be nice to display a timestamp of the last run on the html pages.

Display generation time on merge status pages.
And I killed the stuck update-pool.py process which meant MoM hadn't run for a couple of weeks, so hopefully we'll get a new run soon ...
