Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a window.
2. Full screen it.
3. Go to workspace spread (win+E or win+S).
4. Go back to the workspace that you came from.
5. Move your mouse cursor to any of the sides. You can see the orange highlighting as if the window is being snapped to the side.
