Maintenance: Python package that the Ubuntu Server Team will maintain.
Dependencies: The majority of the build dependencies are already in main.

The binary package name should be python-appconf.
What's the story with tests? It has them, but running nosetests results in an error about DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE being undefined.

Nits:
Maintainer should be general Ubuntu Developers one.
Should use ${python:Provides} in debian/control.

I renamed the package name to python-appconf, about the tests, it has the tests but its not configured properly because its missing a django_settings_module file so I dont think its worth to running the tests.
