create SVN repository for FC Labs / webteam

Bug Description

If we're seriously developing things, we need to be able to work on code together, and do versioning and such. Sounds like we need an SVN repository! (I thought we already had one, but I guess I was wrong?)

http://freeculture.org/database/svn/ is a real Subversion repository. Ask Asheesh if you need an account.

FWIW svn co http://freeculture.org:8080/svn/ is correct, not the other URL.
