plasma-widget-kimpanel-backend-ibus missing

plasma-widget-kimpanel-backend-ibus is missing from Precise and Quantal. This is a regression from Lucid/Oneiric.. Needed for setting input method in KDE.

The KDE update in the kubuntu-ppa updates PPA has this re-enabled on precise for testing.

The package layout is changed with KDE SC 4.9 in Quantal, so this is not required.

I think that plasma-widget-kimpanel is a dependency of plasma-widget-kimpanel-backend-ibus and should not conflict with it.

P.S: It appears that one of these packages should provide:
/etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/ibus-kde
/usr/lib/ibus/ibus-ui-kde

At least that is what older versions of *-backend-ibus provided: http://packages.ubuntu.com/de/oneiric/all/plasma-widget-kimpanel-backend-ibus/filelist
