Bug Description
The new quiz editor looks nice and works well with HTML source typed into it. However, the WYSIWYG functionality does not work at all. Clicking the B link inserts an <h1></h1> element, i inserts and <h2></h2>, and so forth. It appear the menu icons don't align with the functions they invoke, and I can't see a way to switch out of HTML mode.
