weather applet does not update weather data any longer

Bug Description

Hi

Since a couple of days the weather indicator applet does not refresh the weather data any more. Neither if I choose Yahoo, nor Google as a source.

Any suggestions?

Additional observations (nor sure how they are related):
- the weather indicator cannot be terminated any more via the menu, it just keeps being displayed in the Unity panel (killing the process manually is the only way to get rid of it).
- upon start, indicator-weather emits the following warning:
{{{/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/gobject/constants.py:24: Warning: g_boxed_type_register_static: assertion `g_type_from_name (name) == 0' failed}}}

  import gobject._gobject

affects: weather-indicator → indicator-weather (Ubuntu)

Another additional information: the behaviour does not change when changing the weather service (Google or Yahoo).
