Bug Description
These are meant to be provided by the HTTP call from the TFTP server when requesting a PXE config file. Currently only the empty string is provided, because the TFTP server has no prior knowledge of where these files are. It doesn't know what series is meant to be booted, for example. The API must instead be responsible for composing these paths. See the pxeconfig() view in maasserver.api.
