Bug Description
When an application is run through "gksu" ( e.g. : "gksu gedit" || "gksu gnome-terminal" ), the menu bar would not place in the top bar and would go in the window itself old-fashioned.

Now that I think of it, It's a bit logical.
The top bar belongs to the user but the window belongs to the root.
But still to the eyes of the user this is considered a BUG :D
