edit-message positions the cursor wrongly

Bug Description

When you run `vm-edit-message' the cursor gets positioned somewhere in the middle of the message, which is annoying. It should be at the beginning of the message.

However, if no paging was done on the message before running `vm-edit-message', the cursor is always at the beginning.

Apparently, the edit buffer puts the point exactly where it was when `vm-edit-message' was invoked. This should be ok.

The problem really seems to be that there is no easy way at the moment to get to the beginning of the message. You would expect `vm-scroll-backward' to do it, but it doesn't. It stops when the beginning of the message is visible, but doesn't move the point to the beginning. Has it always been this way?

Rev. 1415 corrects `vm-scroll-forward-internal' so that backward scrolling eventually takes to the beginning of the message.
