Regression: Playlists cannot be saved from main window

In exaile 0.3.2 you can save the contents of a playlist in the main window to a custom playlist. Curiously, this feature has been left out in the trunk version of exaile. Rather annoying regression, I'd say.

I have a patch that mostly fixes this one, hopefully will finish it later on this week.

Attaching the stuff that I had started in March, in case someone else wants to work on this. Changes to the xl/playlist.py file need to be made, since the tracking for whether a playlist needs to be saved is rather inconsistent at the moment.

Also, the panel for playlists is a bit messy, we should probably refactor that in a major way.

But I'm off to the beach for today.

Fixed in r4248. It's not 100% back to how 0.3.2 was (there is no longer an indicator that a playlist has been modified and needs saving), but it at least works, so one can do some playlist management now.
