Bug Description

Whilst using Mint 13 Cinnamon 64, I went to use the Firefox icon in the Launcher panel. All 3 icons selected and moved with my mouse pointer within the panel. I could not load Firefox.

After the event, I had a variety of text boxes frozen on my screen and could not lose them.

I have a screenshot - hope I can post it for you.

Since reporting this issue I find that I cannot use a number of icons on the bottom Launcher panel ie. I cannot swap desktops. When I right click on the desktop swap icons and select Panel Settings it reports that "Cinnamon-Settings-Panel Failed".

Clicking on the warning pop-up top right of the screen closed Opera without warning. On reload, this window returned minus my part-typed message????

Hope this info helps.

Powering up this morning left me with a black screen and a white mouse pointer - nothing else.

I had been deleting unwanted Bluetooth apps prior to this problem as I am limited for drive space. I can't imagine that this should have trashed my desktop - but perhaps I am wrong? If so, how do I get the desktop back? What did I do that would have caused this?
